Alrighty! So this'll be my first real journal here on Deviant, so I'm excited to get it up and talk about what's been going down recently!

First off: Kumoricon!
Kumoricon is a Oregon convention that happens on labor day weekend! This year is at the beautiful Hilton Hotel in Downtown Portland. This'll be my third Kumoricon, and the first time I have a room at this particular convention. I can't wait to start it off soon, just to chill with all the cosplayers and everything! I'm hoping it'll be a huge blast, especially the Final Fantasy Mock Battle. So hopefully I'll see some of you there!

Second: Lulu!
Lulu from Final Fantasy 10 will be my main cosplay this year! She will be used for Saturday and Sunday, and I'll be wondering around in her chillaxing pretty much. ^^ So if you see me, say hi! Also, I'm really happy about this cosplay. My friend Katy has been breaking her back putting it together for me, and it's just been turning out wonderfully. So excited about it all~ So I'll have some pictures up here soon once it's done and I have my spiffy Lulu Wig!

Lastly: Elixir Fix
Whee! This makes me the most hyper right now! I'm in an official cosplay group with a bunch of friends! We started it up the other day, and our official name is Elixir Fix. You should go check our Deviant(we also have a youtube, ElixirFix): [link]
We'll be working more on group stuff after this Kumori, since we don't have time to throw it together now. <3 We're a Northwestern cosplay group who go to Kumoricon, Sakuracon, and [link] for our main ones. I'm not sure if we'll be moving over to other conventions the more well known we become or not, but look for us! We're all really excited about this opportunity to create our group, and can't wait to see what's in store for each convention as we just grow closer and better!

What's up with Elixir Fix cosplay: Right now we've planned for this year's MEW and next year's Kumori.
Mew: Organization 13 (I'll be big, burly, and silent, Lexaeus!)
Kumori '10: Final Fantasy 9 (I'm gonna be Vivi!)
